Dr. Andreas Seebach
As managing director of white energy, Dr. Andreas Seebach and his employees use the latest energy systems with integrated overall data acquisition, control and sector coupling. At the same time, together with his team in the white energy laboratory, he is researching ways of making hydrogen technology more effective as a further component of current and future energy concepts. The entrepreneur has been active in the field of "renewable energies" for more than 18 years. With his company RES Renewable Energy Systems, he developed an innovative way to process biogas and feed it into the German natural gas network. As Managing Director of bmp greengas, he was awarded the Innovation Prize of the German Energy Agency in 2009. In addition to biogas, he has also worked intensively on the development and use of hydropower. As a co-investor and partner, he was involved in Wasserkraft Energie GmbH (WKE), where he worked as managing director. With the founding of white energy in 2021, Dr. Andreas Seebach took the next step on the way to "visionary new energies". Knowing that changes to more environmental protection are only possible together, Andreas Seebach founded the hydrogen initiative Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg together with other innovative entrepreneurs in 2019 - H2 Süd e.V. was founded.
Holger Garbrecht
After studying business administration, Holger Garbrecht began his professional career at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, where he held management positions in the areas of sales, sales and service management, corporate marketing, finance in Europe, head of the Eastern Europe region, head of the EMEA region and most recently as a senior Vice President of the Heidelberg Group. He then held various positions in Germany and abroad, including CEO and President of KBA North America Inc. in Dallas, USA, Managing Director of Schuler Pressen GmbH in Göppingen, Germany, and CEO of the AVANCO Group in Herford, Germany. In addition, he was chairman of the supervisory board or supervisory board in group-owned subsidiaries in Europe, China, South Africa, Brazil and the USA. Today, Holger Garbrecht is an independent member of the supervisory board of medium-sized, owner-managed companies and invests in companies with his own investment company.

Dr. Thilo Sekol
Dr. Thilo Sekol studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and completed parallel M.B.A. Studies in Michigan/USA. He finished his dissertation at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. After professional positions at an European logistics service provider and an international mechanical engineering group (including head of controlling and supervisory board member of subsidiaries), he moved to the corporate controlling at a global software company. He is currently involved in various internal/external topics in this enterprise as consultant for finance, controlling and project expertise.
Dr. Stephan Alberternst
During his doctoral studies at the University of Paderborn at the Chair of Business Administration of Prof. Dr. Caren Sureth-Sloane Dr. Alberternst did an empirical study of tax effects on investment decisions. After this he was assistant to the CEO of the AVANCO Group in Herford. During this time, as a project manager, he implemented cross-site projects for the digitization of production and business processes. He then became head of the IT & Digitization department at AVANCO Group. Today Dr. Alberternst is Head of Business Development at white energy and is particularly responsible for the product development of the "weEMS" energy management system.
